Welcome to Magpora Resident (“the App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, operated by Petaverse Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Magpora Resident app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App, unless your estate administrators have created and assigned an account for you.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Estate Management Integration
Magpora Resident is designed for use within gated communities and estates. Your estate administrators may:
- Assign your unit
- Set your access permissions
- Manage your visitor approvals
- Communicate estate notices
We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of estate administrators or estate security staff.
5. Visitor & Access Management
The App allows you to:
- Approve visitors
- Generate or share access codes
- View visitor logs
- Receive entry and exit alerts
You are responsible for ensuring that visitor information you provide is accurate. You agree not to misuse visitor access features in any unlawful or harmful way.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Share access codes with unauthorized individuals
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the App
- Upload harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Interfere with security operations at the estate gate
Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
7. Notifications & Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive:
- Push notifications
- Security alerts
- Community announcements
- Important estate updates
You may manage notification preferences in your device settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the App are owned by Petaverse Limited or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse app assets without permission.
